barely 3 miles, with some fun caporia/ kickboxing/ jumping/ pullups in the middle at Palms park.
Low Low energy day, had just 35 minutes, ran 3 miles, but Brian Setzer is a good way to start, followed by Harlem live by Bill Withers, Middle of Nowhere and Lose Yourself by eminem.
proud I got out of bed at all. made brunch worth it.
